Single page brochure-size illustrations (a herniated disc, for example) start at around $120.00.
Simple trial-size illustrations (a fractured radius, for example) start at around $200.00.

General Terms and Services
Trial-size illustrations and charts are prepared on 30"x40" foam boards with clear polyester overlays, and are delivered in lightweight cardboard portfolio boxes with string closures. Smaller illustrations for judge trials, and 8.5"x11" illustrations for bench books or settlement brochures can also be provided. Written cost estimates are provided in advance for approval on most non-rush cases, with prices based on a seven-day minimum preparation period. Less than a one-week notice is considered a rush, but can usually be accomodated, although rush rates may be applied and verbal estimates and approval may be required. The final cost will not surpass the maximum figure of the written estimate.

Customized Medical Illustrations
Preparation of these illustrations requires receipt of the medical records, including: Operative Reports; Diagnostic Test Reports; Radiology Reports and actual X-Ray, MRI and CT Scan films when applicable (for example, all fracture depictions require films); Hospital Admit and Discharge Summaries; and relevant physician's letters or notes. The written cost estimate is prepared after thorough review of the case records, and will describe what anatomical views are to be used and what each overlay or view will depict in order to adequately document the case. Customized Medical Illustration prices are based on a fee of $70/hour plus materials, and a great number of these illustrations fall within the $450-$650 price range.

Standardized Medical Illustrations
The available selection of standardized (generic) medical illustrations changes regularly as new subjects are added to the collection as needed. Subjects include: Localization of Function in the Brain; Carpal Tunnel Syndrome; Thoracic Outlet Syndrome; Cervical and Lumbar Medial Branch Neurotomies; Sacroiliac Joint Fusion; and more, with prices ranging from $300-$500.

Prints of X-Rays
Positive or negative prints of x-rays or other films are mounted on foam board and are available in various sizes. They can be colorized to highlight a particular condition or injury, and are often used as part of the larger illustration.

Accident Scene Reconstructions
Accident Scene Reconstructions and Site Depictions are 1/4" or 1/8" scale drawings used to recreate the stages or site of an accident. Vehicles or other forms are created in movable static-cling vinyl, which sticks to the polyester overlays or a laminated surface.
